Eligibility Requirements

Local Resident: Must belong to the local area (village / Union Council / tehsil) with deep community familiarity.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication to connect with diverse families.

Basic Digital Literacy: Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and WhatsApp for records and communication.

Your Role as an Anchor Person (AP)

Identify & Verify: Scout and verify genuine, deserving applicants for 0% interest Qarz-e-Hasna small loans.

Guide Applicants: Mentor applicants regarding the process, repayments, and Takaful protection.

Digital Data Entry: Enter applicant documentation and verification records directly into HEWT's mobile app.

Promote Honesty & Prevent Defaults: Build community solidarity, conduct peer follow-ups, and safeguard the revolving fund pool.

Check Eligibility & Requirements
Must be from a financially disadvantaged family with a viable trade skill or potential (tailoring, shopkeeping, taxi service, food stall, livestock farming, etc.). Must show integrity, use funds strictly for approved trade equipment, provide two guarantors, and reside in an active operational cluster. Special priority is given to female applicants.

Prepare Your Proposal
Outline what equipment or raw materials your business requires (e.g. stitching machine, grocery stock, carpenter toolkit). Obtain price estimates from local suppliers.
