Zulki Khan is a technologist, angel investor, serial entrepreneur, and published author with 25+ years of global business and technology experience. He has founded/co-founded 6+ companies across technology, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, media, and mining, and holds BSEE and MBA degrees.

Mr. Shujat Siddiqui oversees all accounting operations at HEWT, including audits and investment management. A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (1976) with a first-class MA in Statistics, he built his career across Eastern Federal Union, Clinical Medical & General Life Assurance Society (UK), and EOBI, before joining Akhtar & Hasan in 1986. Was appointed Actuary to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and Asia Care Health & Life Insurance Company Limited.

Zia is a banking and operations professional with 13+ years of experience in verification, recovery, and branch management. At HEWT, he serves as Zonal Head – South and Head of Recovery, overseeing operations across Sindh, Balochistan, and nationwide recovery.
Zonal Head (Central)
Zeeshan Asghar serves as Zonal Head, Central Zone (Lahore) at HEWT Foundation, where he oversees loan approvals, recovery, and beneficiary development across Punjab. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and operations management, he has held leadership roles at organizations including Punjab Information Technology Board and Geo TV Network's Dil Ka Rishta initiative. He holds an MBA (HRM) from Allama Iqbal Open University and brings strong expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, and field operations management.
Zonal Head (North) & Deputy Manager - Program Development
Munsif Khan is Zonal Head, North Zone (Peshawar) at HEWT, overseeing loan approvals, recovery, beneficiary development, and donor engagement across the region. He holds an MA in International Relations with short course in project management from Bulgaria - Fulbright Scholarship and brings 16+ years of experience managing donor-funded grants portfolios (UNICEF, USAID, Global Fund, UN) with organizations including DAI and Creative Associates International.

Faiza Naz is a finance professional with 9+ years of experience in finance, audit, microfinance, and nonprofits. As Deputy Manager Finance at HEWT, she oversees budgeting, reporting, compliance, audits, and internal financial controls.
Associate Manager Finance & Administration
Ali Raza Khuwaja serves as Associate Manager Finance & Administration at HEWT, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations. He also supports loan disbursement, repayment tracking, banking, and day-to-day financial activities.
